Imposter Syndrome
Imposter Syndrome (IS) is a psychological phenomenon where individuals doubt their accomplishments and fear being exposed as a "fraud." Despite external evidence of their competence, those experiencing IS remain convinced they do not deserve their success.
The Imposter Test was developed to help individuals determine whether or not they have Imposter Phenomenon (IP) characteristics and, if so, to what extent they are suffering. The higher the score, the more frequently and seriously the IP interferes in a person’s life.
This questionnaire is a guide and for general use only. It is not designed to replace professional medical advice from a qualified professional. Always seek professional advice.
